01 Applicable Regulations
The bureau operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular :

• The Royal Decree of 21 February 2014 on the modalities of practice in the insurance sector
• AssurMiFID rules and the IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive)

02 Classes of Insurance
The bureau is authorised to distribute insurance products in the following classes: accidents, illness, land vehicles, aircraft, marine vessels, civil liability, legal protection, life insurance and capitalisation, as well as the management of collective pension funds. A full list of authorised classes is available upon request.
03 Insurers' Terms and Conditions
The general and specific terms and conditions of insurance contracts are those of the partner insurers. They are available on the respective websites of the companies concerned or communicated upon request from our bureau.
04 Conflicts of Interest Policy
Independence of advice
Our bureau operates as an independent broker. It is neither owned nor funded by insurance companies. Product and insurer selection is based exclusively on objective criteria taking into account the client's needs and best interests.
Identified conflicts
Potential conflict situations may arise, in particular where a benefit is obtained at the client's expense, or where the bureau holds a stake of more than 10% in an insurance company, or vice versa.
Preventive measures
The bureau has implemented internal guidelines, a controlled remuneration policy, ongoing competency checks, and reserves the right to refuse a service where an actual conflict exists. It guarantees in all circumstances the provision of clear and non-misleading information.
Transparency
The client will be informed of any potential conflict of interest in order to enable them to make an informed decision.

05 Remuneration
The bureau's remuneration generally consists of commissions paid by insurers and included in the insurance premium. In certain specific situations, direct invoicing to the client may apply. Details of remuneration are communicated to the client upon request or prior to the conclusion of the contract.
